Canva is an online design and visual communication platform that aims to empower people nationwide to design anything and publish everywhere. The tool allows students to design visuals to showcase their knowledge uniquely. Educators use Canva to design usually appealing infographics, posters, and images to complement text-heavy learning experiences.
For individuals, Canva has a free plan that allows you to do many things. Yet, there is Canva Pro for $119 per person, which gives more professional selections. Then there is Canva for teams, which is $300 per year for the first 5 people. For teachers' and schools' plans, the teachers or school must get verified first. Overall, the free plan is the best option.

- Go to Canva on your smart device's browser or App Store.
- Click "Sign Up" and register for an account.
- Once completed. Log in to Canva.
- Choose what you'd like to design.
- Choose a layout; you can add photos, change the background color, or even add different fonts, shapes, and icons to your selected template.
- To share or save your design. Click share or the share icon to share with others or save to return to it again.

This was a very informative blog, in which, a plethora of information was included on how to use the program. There were several icons available that highlighted different features. I would definitely use the program. One of the positive takeaways is using this program for presentations and blogs. Sade seemed very knowledgeable of the program and comfortable in explaining how it works. The blog is nicely done.
